about a year ago I go a job a a mover and I've never been in better wrestling shape! I also recomend standing on your head for about a half hour a day

Mon, July 12, 2004 - 1:13 PMI do squats pushups crunches, leg lifts, a lot of stretching. I am going to check out the gym tommorrow i may be able to get a 19 dollar a month deal.
